Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shenlong VPN (the 'Service Provider') governing the download, installation, and use of the mobile network acceleration application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the app without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the app, related marks, interfaces, and content remain with the Service Provider. We may adjust features, traffic rules, or pricing when legally permitted and appropriately communicated. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your account credentials confidential. Jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise weakening platform security may cause the service to malfunction or expose your device to additional risks.

This Service integrates certain third-party tools and services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those integrated functions may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

The app depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for usage failures caused by unpaid device bills, data plan limits, poor signal quality, roaming charges, or other conditions tied to the user's local network environment. Please ensure you have the necessary authority from the bill payer or device owner before using the app.

Users remain responsible for their own usage behavior, including keeping devices charged, applying necessary updates, and following configuration guidance. While we try to provide accurate routing and node information, some data may depend on third-party partners, and liability for direct or indirect losses is limited to the extent permitted by law. The Service Provider may suspend, change, or discontinue part or all of the app when necessary. If the service ends, your license to use the app also ends.
